“Fantastic location within walking distance of Wrigley Field and many Lakeview hot spots. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space within the suite! It's definitely not for folks who aren't used to urban street noise, although it didn't bother me at all. My ONLY "complaint" was that the room was super cold. “Really neat eclectic B&B in midtown Chicago. Very friendly and accessible staff, very clean, and quiet. Breakfast is usual fare but preparation and ingredients are excellent. I do wish they had breakfast potatoes as an option on their menu though. Bed is very comfy but room and BR are a little cramped. ”

“The room was gorgeous and well-kept, the kitchen with shared amenities (Microwave, etc) was open and accessible in a beautifully decorated and maintained common area, and our host was delightful and warm. Highly pleasant and recommended experience!”
