「We have stayed in Paris multiple times in long term rentals so we have experience at this. Great location in central Paris. Clear instructions from the host. Property was exactly as described and in the video. Furniture was good. Large refrigerator was nice to have, and much larger than most rentals. Shower was good in structure, size, water flow, and heat. Good tv channels selection. Bed was nice size and comfortable, especially compared to other rentals we have had.」

「Only a block from the Seine! The small room was clean although the carpet under the bed was fairly dingy. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. It was a hot July week in Paris; no AC but a strong fan was provided. Travellers need to know that the room is 4 floors up a semi-spiral staircase and there is no elevator. Carrying suitcases up and down was awkward, tho' I considered it daily exercise. Unfortunately, my plane got in at 6am and instruction from the host informed that room access...

「Honestly, if location is all that matters, this is the place. Its location is incredible. With that said, the fold-out bed is very uncomfortable; the shower takes a long time to drain; the bathroom is cramped; and the owners tried to charge me half of my security deposit, saying they had paid me in full, which was not the case. Choose this property at your own risk.」

「The check in process is a nightmare and we were unable to reach a service staff member to help us get checked in. We did not get to stay in the apartment and the worst experience ever. No help, left out on the side of the street for hours. Eventually had to make other arrangements. The support team did not exist and Expedia is investigating.」
