“We had a lovely stay. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable and large. The only hiccup was entry into house when we arrived. We couldn’t get in with the code provided. I called the owner and he had a spare set of keys on site. We would definitely stay again.”

“There was an incident during our stay involving a small glass panel to the front door, which we reported to the owner immediately. We accepted responsibility and offered to arrange and pay for the repair straight away. However, we were advised that we could only use the owner’s nominated tradesperson. To assist, I obtained and sent through two independent quotes for comparison, but received no response. Shortly after, I was charged through the Stayz app an amount that was approximately five times……

“Be prepared to deal with real state who are unprofessional, rude and completely mess with who, when and where! In the house you will find to burned fry pans, horribly squeaking beds in granny's flat ,not working iron and no sight of hair fan! Very " helpful" when you come to attend big event And ...Christmas tree in April! At least now we know what NOT to book at the Entrance !”
