It was very strange to read some complaints from a person who turned the room into a garbage dumb overnight. The condition in which you left the room says a lot about your personal qualities, especially cleanliness. When you checked-in our staff greeted you at reception, explained you everything about your room and what is located nearby motel, then our staff walked you from the office to your room, later asked several times if everything was ok, then you had no complaints about the smell or anything else. If you didn't like something you should immediately come to the office and inform us. We would refund your money and you would go to another motel. No one kept you here by force. Our housekeepers clean the rooms thoroughly, so the fungus or smell you are taking about is very questionable. Before you, doctors and lawyers from Sydney stayed in this room and everyone was happy, there were no complaints about the smell or high prices. We would also highly recommend you carefully read the list of services that are provided at our motel. Breakfast is not included in this list. Price during the peak season is high everywhere. No one forced you to pay 242, it was your choice, and blaming others for your actions is at least indecent. A real gentleman would not leave a room in such a terrible condition. You should be grateful that we did not charge you for the extra time our staff spent removing your trash and cleaning sand from every inch of the room and bathroom, from tables, from the sofa, from beds, even from toilet seat. Before leaving unsubstantiated reviews learn to respect the work of the people who serve you and look up the meaning of the expression "good manners" in the dictionary. 8.9 reviews were left by adequate people many of whom are our regular guests. We are very glad that there are many more smart, intelligent people who can appreciate our hard work than people like you. All the best.

We would like to thank you for such an excellent assessment of our service. When you called during the busy season and asked us to find a room for an extra day on top of your previous reservation, we had to move almost all of our guests because you requested a room on the ground floor due to your health condition. It was very difficult because the motel was busy and took us a lot of time to spend shuffling people around trying to accommodate you on the ground floor. On the day of your arrival we met you, provided you all the information in detail, helped you with your luggage on the first day of your arrival, helped you move your luggage on the day when you moved from one room to another, listened several times to the same stories about your class reunion, politely devoting our time to you which we didn't have at all as we were extremely busy, asked you everyday if you needed something. The day you left you smiled in the office, again told stories about you class reunion, did not make any complaints, and then without any explanation, reasons and common sense you gave us a grandiose rating. At your age it is indecent to be so two-faced. All the best.

We had fun reading this review. Our team is always friendly and hospitable even with such arrogant people like you. The office is officially closed at 7:00 PM, this information is published on all websites. To your request for late check-in that you left on extranet you were sent a response with detailed instructions of check-in. The motel team is not responsible for your failure to read messages. Despite this you were given attention immediately upon your arrival. We explained to you in detail where you can have dinner and breakfast and also provided a full information about your room and parking space. Perhaps you were not happy that you were greeted without a bunch of flowers and a black tail coat, otherwise how can we explain your "not very forthcoming"? We never had any problems with other international guests as they either read our answers to their questions or found a way to call us. It s called responsibility. Guest and host are a two-way street.The motel does not provide beach towels. We highly recommend you to read carefully the list of services provided by the motel before booking a room. Towels that guests use for showers are prohibited from being taken to the beach. Perhaps in America where you come from, this is normal, but we respect the people who deliver linen to us and we cannot give them back towels full of sand, as this will possibly lead to the breakdown of their washing machines. The motel staff in the morning asked you three times if you needed fresh towels, to which you responded in negative.Perhaps you should first learn to respect other people's hard work and not to treat them as your personal servants. Good manners are definitely not your field.
