Lake Side at Green Point

I had a wonderful time! The house has a huge deck with views of Wallis Lake. I sat out there every day enjoying the sounds of birds etc. iIf raining there is an undercover section. Close enough to enjoy short drives to all the places around like Seal rocks, SmithsLake, Nabiac etc.There is a massive back yard that my dog enjoyed. Great , timely communication with Ken , who runs a cafe next door with his wife where I enjoyed a tasty cake and hot chocolate. It is so peaceful there. A wonderful place to stay.

Great spot, great views, great time

The property was clean and comfortable and all needs appeared to be catered for. The write ups around top spots to explore were excellent and gave us a in depth review of the area and its sights , walks, restaurants and other things to do. Excellent

Lakeview Mother and Daughter Weekend

My Daughter and I found the house lovely. It was clean and fresh and included everything we needed. The view from the deck was wonderful and the house was not far from the town centre

A fab little cottage filled with everything you could want for a weekend away from the hectic city.

A fab little cottage filled with everything you could want for a weekend away from the hectic city. The wide front verandah looks out over the lake, you're a drive away from incredible beaches AND the best hot chocolate in NSW in right next door. Even our puppy Elvis was impressed with his luxury laundry room out the back.

Easy short stay away

Property was immaculate. Kitchen had everything needed to cook any meal. All the bare essentials to just jump in the shower or put a load on in the laundry. Just made the trip very easy!

Beautiful view

The property is on the crest of a hill overlooking Wallis Lake and has a great view of the lake and sunsets. It’s very comfortable, with thoughtful inclusions such as electric blankets, well equipped laundry & kitchen and is spotlessly clean. I love the peaceful surroundings and it’s only minutes away from Forster with all its shops etc. I have recommended the cottage to family & friends already & intend to return myself.

Comfy cottage fabulous view

Owners very helpful. Well equipped comfortable cottage with big deck overlooking lake. Excellent coffee and cakes next door, but very popular so book ahead.

ABSOLUTELY THE PLACE TO STAY

We had a wonderful time at Lakeview Cottage. It's very comfortable and has everything you need for a delightful stay. Close to beaches, restaurants and a lovely shopping centre to browse thru and have morning coffee. Beautiful views and a very nice owner. Would we go there again? In a heartbeat!

The cottage was very well presented, with personal touches through out making it very homie. Back yard was safe for our dogs with solid fencing. Clean and a view to contemplate and relax with.

Very relaxing spot but too many mosquitos because of the lake

The house was fully equipped and had a brand new bbq and a big deck that was amazing for a good dinner. The nly problem was the amount of mosquitos in the deck and the house because the house was located right by the lake. We had to burn a lot of insents to get rid of the mosquitos. So it will be nice if the owners has those available and something in the rooms. Location was perfect if you wanted to completely relax and be away from people. Beaches we're nearby as well so it was a good spot to explore the nature.

Fantastic 2 bed cottage near Forster

Although we weren't there long we had a great stay in this pet friendly cottage near Foster. The cottage was clean, close to town and hade great views of Wallis lake from the front verandah. The area was very quiet and relaxing and the amenities of the house were perfect for our stay.

Perfect stay

On ou trip from Sydney to Brisbane, we stayed for two nights in the Lakeview Lodge. The property is as described, very welcoming and friendly hosts, rooms were very well maintained and absolutely clean. Wonderful location, very quiet, with a perfect lookout over the lake from the deck. I would not hesitate to come back again, possibly spending there a few more days.
