“The apartment was in the beautiful St Andrew’s chapel . The apartment was very spacious . It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. One bedroom is large and opens out onto the rest of the apartment . It has an en suite . The other bedroom is smaller . The other bathroom is on the first floor. There was a washer dryer . It had a clothes rack and an iron . The grounds were beautiful and right on Loch Ness. The shower in the downstairs bathroom drained slowly. The Boathouse restaurant was……

“Dangerous property. Fell down the stairs both days that we stayed. They are extremely slick in the apartment. Smelled old and damp. Window in the family room would not go up so se had a draft the entire time. Photos are much better than the actual look. Very dark corridors not bright like the photos. Kind of depressing. They are a stickler about you arriving at a certain time.”

“We loved the relaxing lovely setting. The ability to hang out and have time with friends in a nice home and places to walk about was wonderful. We did find it challenging to shower daily with 4 adults when the only shower was in a bathroom off a private bedroom. It would be helpful to put a shower in the downstairs bathroom for all to use. Even if it is just a modified faucet with a hanging shower hose. Thank you for letting us stay in such a wonderful spot.”

“Amazing place, totally out of this world, perfect to get away from the busy everyday life. The monastery is magical, walking around the beautiful corridors, the courtyard, or just walking out to the lake, the whole place is so serene and blissful. The apartment has huge windows overlooking the lake, the place is very warm, cozy, perfect to snuggle up with a good book and tea. The stars at night, reflecting on the lake, just gorgeous! “We recently stayed at Highland Club in The Sacristy. We had an amazing holiday and absolutely loved the location and facilities on offer at The Highland Club. The Sacristy is a gorgeous apartment and has been decorated beautifully but it was let down by one thing - the shower! We weren’t able to use it for the whole week we stayed there which was a huge disappointment as it is a beautiful bathroom. The water was either freezing cold or boiling hot - no in between. This was never able to be fixed……

“This holiday was amazing. We took over four apartments between 12 family members. We travelled from Manchester and Stirling. What an experience! We couldn’t have dreamt for anything more spectacular and what a setting. Everything we needed was here. Fort Augustus was such a busy little village with cafes, gift shops, a couple of pubs. We travelled out on day trips to Drumnadrochit, Fort William, Inverness, Urquhart Castle. Three of the party even climbed to the summit of Ben Nevis. The grounds……
