    This colorful modern home is the perfect spot for your Fort Collins getaway! Located in Old Town North, this home is just minutes away from world-class breweries, the Poudre River Trail and Whitewater Park, and Old Town’s shopping and restaurants. Perfect for families or groups who want to enjoy sunset mountain views from the hot tub on the rooftop patio; wake up rested in the cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; serve up a feast from the fully-equipped kitchen; or challenge each other to a Skee-Ball, Atari, Nintendo, or Sony PlayStation tournament.

    If you have any questions, please reach out. This house was our home for 7 years, and we now live just a few minutes away and can be easily reached at all times. We are here to help and make sure you have a wonderful time in the Fort!

    The Mountain Explorer Suite: This second-floor bedroom features two twin beds, an en-suite full bathroom, and spacious closet. Perfect for kids.

    The Night Owl Sleeping Space: This basement sleeping area features a king bed and easy access to a half-bathroom. Perfect for those who want to stay up late enjoying the gaming consoles and TV.

We had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated that three of the bedrooms each had their own bathroom, which made it really convenient for everyone. The location was great—close to food and restaurants downtown and within walking distance to a fun creek area. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again!

Hot tub was hot, had a fabulous view. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking basics. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Best stay to date.

I loved the location and the set up of this home. The walk to town through the park cutoff is so easy and scenic. Very clean and comfy beds. Host was very easy to work with. My only comment that might be improved upon was in the downstairs TV room, the area rugs are uneven and are rumpling up and were kind of some trip hazards

This place was fantastic for a couple of families. Close to everything, spacious with sepeate areas where kids could play and adults could talk. Hot tub and skeeball were a blast. Kitchen plent large to prep meals.

Awesome place and even better than I expected. Even all the little details to make it perfect like white noise machines, makeup remover wipes, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I’m ever in that area again. Host was fantastic about communication too! I never had to ask about anything because he was so on top of it.

The home was perfect for our group! We were in town for a wedding and it was clean, comfortable, convenient and had everything promised and more. Close to stores, downtown and wedding venue. Really enjoyed rooftop and hot-tub!

My family was in Fort Collins for a wedding and this place could not have worked out better. Close to town, lots of space, kitchen well stocked. Loved the roof hot tub. Place was perfect in many ways.

This is our second stay here. The host is very responsive. The house was excellent for three couples. We walked to O'Dell and New Belgium breweries. Short drive to Old Town. We will be back!

Great communication with host! Skee-ball was a real hit with grandchildren. Our early family Christmas was celebrated in fantastic accommodations. A wonderful view from the rooftop hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped.

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. James and Mandy were great communicators and even checked in to make sure our stay was going well. There was plenty of street parking and an easy walk to the Poudre River White Water Park (which was free and our kids’ favorite activity of the trip). There are GREAT restaurants downtown. I highly recommend staying here!
