Winter stay

Overall this is a very nice place. The beds are comfortable and I loved the large kitchen and dining area. Yes it does need some more lighting in main room. Couch looks a bit dated. Overall its a nice condo for sure and I ended up booking it again. Alot of value for your money. The house was clean on arrival .

Nice Stay

Stayed 4 nights while visiting my son. The house was clean and decorated but wasn’t fully equipped with kitchen utensils for a family of 4 or more. There were only 8 towels for the entire house so you’re expected to do laundry while there. The pool table only had one pool stick and it didn’t have a tip so couldn’t play a game at all. The backyard was nicely done and good for entertaining. There were small sugar ants in the kitchen and bathroom the second day and the property manager sent an exterminator same day and the ants were gone by the next day. Overall good stay considering same price as a hotel with much more room and two bathrooms.

Worst experience ever

The house was not not ready because of the terrible tenants however the cleaners did so much to leave the house in decent condition. The house is not equipped for not even for 4 people no spoons no wine glasses not wel equipped period Lights in laundry room pool area and gazebo not working . No one called as back to follow up

False Advertising- I’d rate it a 0 if I could

This home is not as advertised, my family and I walked in and out with 15 mins due to an awful odor, lack of locks on the windows which was a big safety concern and damaged furniture. One of the bedrooms is basically a garage turned into a failed attempt of a bedroom. We contacted the management company immediately and requested a refund and were given the run around by Elliot for a week. They wouldn’t return messages let alone my money. Absolutely awful, what a scam. Save your money - bunch on con artist. DO NOT work with this management company, they cannot be trusted.
