For all you Pickleball Finatics, we now have the Official Home of the APP. "Play The Fort" Pickleball Complex, watch professional Players at this location and enjoy open play on one of their 23 regulation courts and more, 15 minutes from our Garden Home. We have an additional five (5) Pickleball Locations with multiple courts within 20 minutes from our Garden Home, including Central Park Courts in Plantation, (Tournament Play), Hollywood Pickleball Courts in Hollywood, Suellen Fardelman Sports Complex in Cooper City, Banford Park Sports Complex in Davie, and Weston Regional Park in Weston, to name a few. All parks provide excellent competition for all skills and age levels. If there is inclement weather we have new EPIC Indoor Courts at the Sawgrass Mills Mall.
Many sporting and concert events are held at the Hard Rock Stadium, which is less than 12 miles from our property. Seminole Hard Rock Resort & Casino, which is less than 5 miles from your apt., offers a free or $10 shuttle, to the Stadium, with paid tickets (a few of our guests have used this service and is highly recommended). Also, we are less than 12 miles from Dania Casino, Calder, Broward Center for the Performing Arts, local music, art fairs, which are all a big part of the South Florida's social scene.
All major universities are within 2 miles from our Garden Home here in Davie. We have Nova Southeastern University, Broward College, FIU, FAU, McFatter Technical College, Broward Fire Academy. Ideal for moving your student in or out, visiting or graduating from the College's. Close to all dorms, including walking distance to the new University Pointe. All Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood beaches within 20 minute from our house (entertainment day or night). Everything you can think of to eat, all within 5 miles from the Garden Home (we have plenty of recommendations).
Close to all major hospitals HCA Florida University Hospital on the Nova Southeastern University Campus, Memorial Hospital East/West, Cleveland Clinic (Weston), Therapeeds in Davie, Bob oth Groves Garden Therapies in Davie.
We are very close to Port Everglades for Ocean Cruise Lines. While the famous Miami beaches and Port of Miami are about 40 minutes away. Our Garden Home is a great venue for those long weekends away from the daily grind.
You can start and end your day at this unique tropical property. You will be in the heart of everything, but feel like you are miles away in your private tropical garden retreat. From the time you walk in you'll immediately feel at home with a spacious open concept, central air, all tile, living room and full kitchen with all the amenities. Enjoy large 40' smart screen TV, cable and Wi-Fi. In the backyard you will have full use of a heated saltwater pool, pool deck, hot tub, 16 x 16 open bar with a 40" Smart TV w/ sound bar. While hanging out by the pool at night you could use our gas or charcoal grills to cook steaks, burgers or fresh seafood from boat docks right down the block. Every day you will enjoy the "Tropical Island" feel at this Garden Home.
Master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with full on-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has garden views and comfortable queen bed. Separate full bath.
Our Couch has a "pull out" queen bed, if needed.
Enjoy the large backyard with 4 person hot tub, beautiful butterfly/hummingbird gardens and fire pit on cool nights.

Davie is a quiet horse town nestled between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. It has a western vibe throughout its main street area along with wide open green spaces, numerous parks and over 165 miles of trail system.
Just 20 minutes to the east is the beautiful Atlantic Coast beaches. Spend the day walking the boardwalks, riding bikes, walking the long stretch of sandy coastline. At night have dinner, buy a bag of chocolates and walk one of many shop lined streets like our favorite Las Olas Boulevard, Downtown Hollywood, Downtown Delray and Downtown Deerfield.
There is always something happening, whether its concerts, gambling, dining or shopping (or our favorite, people watching) - only 5 minutes away.
If you really care to 'shop til you drop' you can visit the World Famous Sawgrass Mills Mall - only 20 minutes away.
We are less than 30 minutes away from Everglades Holiday Park in the Everglades. Boat rentals, Airboat rides, fishing and Alligator shows.
Enjoy any type of restaurant food you are craving for, literally a hundred within 10 miles of our house.
Our food stores are Publix or Walmart super stores, all within less than 3 miles of the garden home. We also have a fresh fish market/ docks close by for a fresh seafood dinner.
We have many churches and synagogues (not within walking distance) in the area. Within walking distance you can find a 24 hour restaurant, Bergeron Rodeo Arena, antique shops, Marando Farms & Ranch (organic market) ,and much more.......
Davie is ideally located among major thoroughfares such as the Turnpike, I-595, I-75, and is within a few minutes travel to the Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades (Cruises).
If you really feel adventurous, hour and a half drive will bring you to the West Coast of Florida for a whole new coastal experience. Visit Naples & Fort Myers.
