Great space for family gathering

This was a great space for the 3 adults & 5 teens in our group. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We had plenty of clean linens. The pool area was a highlight and the kids enjoyed all the provided pool floats and toys!

July 7-10, 2022

Our stay at this address was wonderful. The neighbors were quiet and provided utmost privacy when the respect was reciprocated. Our group played music at a moderate volume while relaxing in the pool. The property was clean and accommodated our group perfectly. The drive to downtown was an on average $10 / 5-7 minute Uber ride. This house is also about 15 minutes from the airport. All around I would recommend and would gladly stay again.

This stay was among my worst, and I have done many vacation rentals. When we checked in, the management did not tell the cleaning company of our check in time. They did their best but the house was not clean. The pool was not heated, and was as low as 40F. Many appliances did not work (fans, tv speaker). Then, because the owners were closing, our stay was interrupted by an inspection, without any prior notice. Upon checkout, a landscaping company came earlier than our check out time, asking that we move our vehicles so they wouldn’t be damaged. This basically made us leave early. Throughout the process, the management company was apologetic but did not offer any solutions. After all this, they gave a very small refund (10%) of the total stay. A complete headache during the holidays. Do not recommend.
