Awesome private house across from the beach in Ft Lauderdale

Very updated and clean 3BR house with ocean views, private pool, and well appointed in terms of TVs, seating, dining, etc.

Location, Location, Location

Spent a week at the property and loved the proximity to the beach. Home was well decorated, clean, and as described. Pool was a nice addition when not using the beach. Contactless Checkin and keyless doors made coming and going very easy. Beach chairs, pool toys, and several kayaks available. We will be back

Cleanest rental!

This was the cleanest rental we have stayed in, everything seemed brand new. No dust anywhere , all linens were extremely clean. We have kids and appreciated that there was a removable gate around the pool and there were multiple gates around the property so we didn't have to worry about the kids jumping into the pool or running into the street. This was the only home in the area that I found that was this close to the beach, only a mostly empty street is between the house and the beach, you do not have to cross a busy road. Very easy to walk to with my disabled child. We will be staying here again for sure!

Amazing stay in paradise!

This was the most amazing VRBO I have ever stayed at. It was well appointed and well thought out all around. Check in was so easy and safe. We found the home in perfect condition. The kitchen was better stocked than my own home gourmet kitchen! Each bedroom is condo table and high end. The living room furniture is so comfortable, as is the seating on the outdoor areas. There are so many spaces around the house for lounging both inside and outside!The listing is also very accurate including the fact that the home is just steps from a beautiful beach!!!We will definitely be repeat visitors!!

Amazing place!!

Beautiful property and home!! SO clean and absolutely accommodating! Amazingly organized and thoughtful throughout for guests! Beds were awesome! And sooo clean! Been to many VRBO’s and this is by far the most impeccable place we have stayed! Everything you need is there! Steps from the gorgeous beach, privacy, and stunningly decorated! Great communication with property management! Had an issue with refrigerator that was quickly resolved. Would definitely stay there again! Only thing is that is a bit distanced from the “heart” of Ft. Lauderdale but we found a golf cart driver who was amazing and took care of us all weekend! Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Great location

The home was very nice and the location was excellent. Only a small block (one house) away from the beach. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet. Lots of people out walking during the day. The pool was perfect to cool off in. The master bathroom had urine in one toilet and a load of the towels in the dryer when we checked-in. We had no use of two fans during our stay. The one in the master which was important to us and the back porch fan. Both are solely remote operated and both remotes were accidentally taken by the owners. All that said, it was a wonderful home and well stocked with all necessary items except a pizza cutter. The Nespresso was wonderful for coffee in the morning. All other small issues were handled immediately and communication was exceptional.

Renter Beware - Property not Clean

We were happy with the location and the overall space of the property. We were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the furniture, outside pool deck and the pool itself. There were stains all over the couches and debris on the pool deck. The most disappointed part was the pool had significant debris in it, dirty water and the bottom was filled with sand. We called the property manager multiple times, and they said they apologized but never sent anyone to clean the pool. So my family and I were unable to use the pool during our stay. If you are looking for a pool for your family to enjoy on your next vacation, I recommend finding a different property rent.

Exceptional in Every Way

For most reviews, it's easy to find SOMETHING to complain about. Not for this one. The home was impeccably clean and maintained. The pool is heated and fantastic (and has no true "deep end," great for our 3-year-old). The provisions were ample. The furniture and appliances and TV apps were excellent. The location is phenomenal (small quiet road, literally "steps to the beach" as they say). We could go on and on.But, if you like nitpicks, here are the only ones we have: the house did not have any salt (the condiment) or a carrot peeler. Oh, and the ice maker in the fridge started acting up and getting jammed around day 3 or 4. Yep, that's it. For other stays, we usually have more to nitpick. Not here. Regarding expectations, never set them too high, but here you can't go wrong. A new house is being built directly across the street (beachfront), which does block much of the ocean view (no idea if a different house existed there before), but even THAT didn't bother us (minor construction noise, not a big deal).Going down into really, really, really nitpicky things, the neighborhood is obsessed with trash pickup. Seemed like a garbage truck of some sort was driving by at least every other day. Not a problem for us, but some might be bothered by the frequency.The room with the twin beds has the only bedroom ocean view. We didn't use it, but the beds seem very soft and comfy. The master bathroom is a thing to behold (love the design!).We'll be back for sure!

Fantastic stay at Sea La Vie

We had a great time at this property. We have two small kids and having the space to run around, pool in backyard, and beach 30 seconds away. Couldn't have been better! Also the location to restaurants and everything you need is fantastic. Hope to get back again real soon!

Nice place close to beach

Everything was great other than the construction across the street. I feel that should have been made known to us or charged us less. I would have booked something else. The house itself was great - but the 10 construction workers everyday was a bit much.
