Great location if you want to walk to the Lauderdale by the Sea town square on the beach where all the restaurants are. Beach access is one block away. An older building and rooms could use some updating but overall our stay here was good. Pools were well maintained. Parking spaces were a little tight for a large SUV like we have but it worked.

Great location with a short walk to public beach access and shprt walk to Dining options and to walgreens amd a convience store. Hotel was quiet and my boys enjoyed the pool which was steps away from every room
