Beautiful Property & Location

This is an extraordinary property to which I will definitely be returning with more people. The property is clean and well-tended. Certain electronics did not work, but didn't detract from the overall experience this time. Should we return, I would expect the cabana to be better maintained for grilling and playing music on the pool deck. It is ideally situated near Wilton Manors and was a cheap Uber ride to venues where we knew we would be drinking. It was a safe neighborhood and the property is pet friendly which was the top selling point for this trip. Communication with the Property Management (PMI Premium Services LLC) is lacking - make sure you get everything in writing including receipts. There's plenty of computer generated emails: payment requests and background checks; but talking to a human and getting deposits returned in a timely manner and accompanying receipts is difficult and gives the impression of a scrupulous company - be warned. Overall, it was a great property that sleeps up to 5 people comfortably with just about every amenity necessary for travelers. 7/10 in my book!

Oakland Park is an up and coming area and has a lot to offer, but the location of this home was suspect. We could not enjoy outdoor space as there was a significant amount of marijuana smell coming from the neighbors as early as 10 am. There was a police chase down the street one night. The pictures on line were inaccurate as there was no outdoor TV and the grill is rusting. The pool was dirty and the skimmer to clean the pool had no net. It wasn’t cleaned by the pool service until 36 hours into our stay. When we arrived the AC was not working. We spent the first 18 hours in South Florida with no AC. It was hot and no one slept well. It turned out the unit had to be rewired to get power and the Nest thermostat had to be recharged and no power cord was available. The ceiling fan in one bedroom did not work and the one in the kitchen had a short in it. The ice maker didn’t work. One shower had a bad door seal and put water all over the floor when used. The property manager was responsive but as of yet has not offered any compensation for all of these major inconveniences making half of our stay there very uncomfortable. The maintenance man was able to fix the AC, but nothing else. Once the AC was fixed it either was being set remotely or had preset temperature changes such that it would raise the temperature at night making it uncomfortable to sleep. Also the roof must have many leaks as most rooms had evidence of water damage.
