Short notice cancellation

Hello, I’m very disappointed with how this owner handled their cancellation. I booked this place 2 days in advance, was really looking forward to spending time with my family. My family was coming to visit me so that we could have dinner and catch up. I did acknowledge of the owners rules with having no events/party however this was not going to be an event/party. I contacted them 1 day in advance just so I can make sure that, that wasn’t going to be an issue. I never heard back from them until the next day which was the day of my stay and I was so disappointed because the email said that my reservation was canceled! I didn’t even get a 24hr notice nor did anyone reached out to me. This was by far very unprofessional, disappointed and very disrespectful of my time. I will never forget how these people ruined my family time and they ruined my whole weekend!

Do NOT Stay here if you want to have a private good time.

The check in process was tedious in my opinion. I requested early check in and the delay in receiving feedback was aggravating. I was told no initially due to cleaning and decided to check again a few days prior and was told yes. When I arrived early, I could not access the property. Granted access allegedly 30 minutes prior to check in and I decided to wait. There were small bugs in the property which included cockroaches and outlets were not working in one of the bedroom. The straw that broke the Campbell back was being notified about the number of cars. I felt completely violated when I had family stopping by to drop off items during the stay. I will never return and warn others to STAY away!!!!!

Great stay

There is a lot I could say , but overall my stay was great. The original home reserved had some issues but our host Mor Hana accommodated our needs with another beautiful place. There was a few issues but everything was worked out in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend Mor Hanna and Tiron any day. If you ever see any of these names on a property. Book it quick. You won’t be disappointed.
