The neighborhood is exceptionally safe and quiet, one of the best residential areas of South Florida. The house is located close to public transit.

A car is recommended, as shops and restaurants are close by but not walking distance. A maximum of 4 cars can be parked on the driveway. City regulations do not allow for any street parking in the neighborhood.
