Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, Hot tub, free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 4 cars), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

★ POOL & BACKYARD USAGE ★ Please be careful when using the pool area. Children must always be supervised.
★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★ Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service.
★ QUIET HOURS ★ We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.
NoiseAware decibel monitoring system is installed to help you keep acceptable noise levels.

Getting around If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that the vast driveway offers four parking spots. If not there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

Here are some specific tips: -If you enjoy spending time outdoors, take advantage of Hollywood Lakes Park. It is a large park that offers a variety of amenities, including a playground, a basketball court, and a walking trail.
-If you are looking for a place to shop, Hollywood Hills Plaza is just a short drive from the house. It is a shopping center that offers a variety of stores, including a grocery store, a pharmacy, and several restaurants.
-If you are looking for a place to eat, Hollywood Beach Cafe is a popular restaurant that is located just a few blocks from the house. It offers a variety of American cuisine, including burgers, sandwiches, and salads.
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises. 2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
