Location location 15 minutes from the airport approximately 7 minutes to Fort Lauderdale beach 10 minutes away from sawgrass mall 5 to 8 dollars to Uber to downtown Fort Lauderdale plus lot of local restaurants within walking distance plus you got your own bar for entertainment and barbecue grill in the yard . This townhouse is located In a private and quiet neighborhood With lots of park and playground for kids and a gated clubhouse with pool ( babysitting Can be arrange with additional cost)
