Colby and his crew were awesome. They let us drop some stuff off early so we could pick up the family from the airport. The house was stocked for us when we arrived. The layout was great and the pool/ dock were a great place to hang out. The open layout was perfect for our crew of 12 people.

4th of July Trip

The house was absolutely incredible. The location was close to the airport, close to the beaches and offers a dock if you had boats booked which made life so much easier. There was so many different rooms with ample space for 10 with great central air. The host was very responsive and everything went like clockwork. Couldn't rate them highly enough.

House was great, awesome location that was close to all the things we wanted to do. Outdoor pool area was a hit. It took a while for the AC to kick on Thursday night and it was hot in some of the rooms but otherwise zero complaints.

Our family spent our Christmas at this property and the stay was absolutely perfect. Very spacious and well equipped to meet our needs. Spent a lot of our time on the patio enjoying the pool and watching the activities on the canal. Very private and beautiful. Close proximity to the airport, beach and many other activities

Great spot for a get together with girlfriends! I think the number of beds on the listing might be slightly off! Pool was not heated but didn’t need to be! The sheltering around the pool would make winter and spring get aways amazing by blocking wind!

Amazing Time

Gunnar and his team provided us a turn key experience for 16 people. Everything was great from time of check in to check out. There were a few odd things like lights not working and not having clear instructions for places in the house you didn’t have access to. Other than that I recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful home and outdoor setting

We were a group of 13 adults travelling to celebrate a 50th birthday. This property gave us plenty of room to spread out and have privacy, and ample common spaces to gather as well. The pictures truly do not do the property justice! The pool and river view were stunning! We spent a lot of time chilling on the lounge chairs and watching boats cruise by. The neighborhood surrounding the home is beautiful too - a lush, tropical garden - feels like your own private oasis. Everything was immaculate, and the bedrooms were lovely. The master bedroom suite, in particular, was gorgeous, especially the soaking tub and shower. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone!

This is a great place for a large group. We came over for my mother's funeral. The home was large enough that all the grandkids and their spouses had their own rooms. The kids have not been together in a long time so we enjoyed being all in on place...something my mother would have loved.Sitting on the pool deck was so nice...especially watching the huge yachts go by.

Overall the place was beautiful, spacious and cozy. Loved the pool and the canal view. Accommodations were good. The area on the main roads off parkway and the area around there was a little suspect but side roads and roads around property were quaint and nice. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within 10-15 minutes of the place. I enjoyed my mini vacation at this location.

Excellent Property great location

Stayed here with 10 of our family members for a three night visit. The house is amazing. The neighborhood is lush and beautiful almost like a secret garden. The house is roomy with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. The owner came on site to remedy any minor issue we may have had. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.
