A resort-like stay close to everything!

While the home was small, it was perfect and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is really what makes the property shine. On the days we didn't venture out to town, we had a fine time just relaxing outside, swimming in the pool, or reading a book in the hot tub. We also enjoyed many meals outside while watching the Phillies on TV. We had a lovely time and suggest staying here, or you'll miss out!

So convenient

We had a great stay in this perfect little house. Was sadly a little cold for the pool but enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was useful and the house is so centrally located to so many attractions. Would stay again!

Fun stay!

This place was perfect for a small friend vacation…only left the house for the concert we were in town for because the house had everything…pool, hot tub, good outdoor seating with a TV. Couldn’t ask for an easier check in and out. Host was great and would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable accommodations

The house was a perfect size for my husband and me. Beds were very comfortable as were the recliners in the living room. Wi Fi was excellent, and watching the huge TV screen was like being in a movie theater. The pool was cool but very clean, and the hot tub pure bliss. Rose responded immediately to our questions and was always available should there be any concerns.Would highly recommend.

The house was the right size for us. The pool and hot tub are the real focus at the house. The neighborhood was easy to walk around but you had to drive to get anything or go out for dinner, etc. Be prepared for the traffic all around.

Perfect for our family of 4!

We loved our stay. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. Outdoor space is so nice! Generous with all the necessities and very well stocked. We definitely stay here again!

Quick Anniversary Getaway

Charming little house with pool and hot tub. Too cool for the pool, but hot tub was clean and nice and warm! Enjoyed our stay and Rose was a pleasure!

Great little property

This was a great option for a small group who wants some space to stretch out after sight seeing as we did, or even with a few kids who need some space and entertainment when not out and about. While the house was a bit cozy the outdoor space gave the feeling of a much larger living space, and the design gave a ton of privacy even in the neighborhood setting. We will definitely look to stay here again if we return to the Ft. Lauderdale area again!

Adorable home with an amazing back patio!

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable home. It was perfect for us and we loved the outside area. The pool was great, hot tub was awesome, and there was so much room to hang out outside, the covered patio was great for hanging out of the sun and eating meals. We would love to come back next time we are in the area.

Great Stay

Enjoyed every minute we were there. We were there with our son for a music festival. Perfect distance for him to uber back and forth each day. My husband and I were able to enjoy the pool and the outside bar area.

The covered hot tub and dining area and the pool were the best part. The hot tub temp was perfect. Especially, since it rained half the time we were there. Having the the privacy was another huge win for us. For people with kids there is a park within a short walking distance.

Lovely house with warmer weather

Enjoyed the stay. Check in was easy and Rose was a great source of information about the area. Pool and hot tub were very clean. It is in the path of planes taking off but honestly it wasn't loud at all and we enjoyed seeing all the different types of planes in the air. Kitchen was well stocked and very comfortable chairs to watch TV. Would definitely recommend.

Review

The listing stated that in winter there would be solar floating heaters in pool which were not included and when we reached out to the property owner, they stated they never worked and they forgot to take it off listing. Otherwise home was as expected and the hottub and outdoor patio/bar was our favorite place to be.

Perfect and cozy for two

Upon arrival we were skeptical because it wasnt wat we were use to. But it grew on us as each day passed. What you give up in indoor size you gain in outdoor amenities. Tiki bar, hot tub, and pool are perfect. Our host was amazing, had an TV problem in the tiki bar and she bought and installed a new one in two hours. Im sure we'll visit this property again in the near future.

Awesome Backyard!

This is a quaint house that was clean and full of surprises. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a rain shower -- the master opens up to the pool area and the most amazing backyard with wood/ metal outside covered bar area, TV, large table, couch with a firepit and a big hot tub, BBQ grill and lounge chairs. The backyard is also full of tropical plants/ flowers and is fenced so you have complete privacy. We spent most of our time out back as it was so beautiful and relaxing out there. Each room inside has a TV and the house also has a laundry room. The location is central to most everything- Los Olas Blvd, Riverfront, Sawgrass Mills etc. Would definitely book here again!

Cute place better for family outings than romance

We have been out of "city" living for many years, so others may not have been surprised by the amount of ambient noise at most hours of the day and night. This property is not only close to the Fort Lauderdale airport, it is directly in-line with the short-final landings and take-offs at times every minute or less. The property itself is really a bit of a gem in an unexpected place. The hot-tub and outdoor area were our favorites. We did have a bit of a bug issue throughout the stay (primarily the kitchen and laundry areas) and low-temp hot-tub when we arrived. We were able to google the low-temp issue and resolve it. The provided directions to "fix" the low-temp issue were unable to achieve the desired results.

Well stocked vacation home

Quaint home with fun outdoor amenities. First the positives: 1. Easy to check-in and check-out. Owner sent all of the information in advance and we didn't need to search for details. 2. Kitchen was well-stocked, with more than enough plates, pots and eating utensils for several families. . 3. Beds were comfortable. And there were enough bed linens and towels. 4. The outside pool area was the prize overall. The patio area was large, we loved the outside dining and bar area, plenty of seating and large pool and hot tub. 5. Lots of tvs, one in each room and one outside. Loved that. The not- so positives: There was pizza leftover from what i assume would be the last attendant in the pizza box in the oven, pretty gross, this was my first indication maybe the cleaners are doing a very superficial job in-between guests. I certainly don't blame the host for this. Also, the pool which is outdoors and open to the elements, and not covered, want exactly pristine, but one must expect that. The pool guy found me outside on one of the mornings, i was drinking coffee and he must have been there 5 mins. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are looking forward to getting to spend time here again.
