Perfect for family getaway

The house was perfect for what we we were hoping for. The pool was great-which is where we spent most of our time. The beach was like than a 3 minute walk as well!

This was a perfect set up for both kids and adults. The pool was the amazing. The walk to the beach was a closer walk then we could have had if we drove to a beach. The house was furnished with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean house and great location

We had a relaxing vacation. The place was clean and the location perfect! The pool and game room were ideal for times not at the beach. So many good restaurants nearby as well.

Clean and great location to Beach! Pool was clean and heated 88 degrees , as well as clean hot tub. Wonderful place to stay in quiet, neighborhood, close to everything!

Absolutely Wonderful

Everything from the booking process to the check out process was seamless. The home is located just steps from the beach and was a wonderful place for a long weekend with our family. Highly recommend!!!!

Relaxing and Beautiful

The house was perfect! Prime location, with easy access to the beach, with a luxurious pool. The pool table, all the beach toys, beach chairs, and all the personal touches made the stay exactly what we needed. The house was set-up with all the necessities, comfortable and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to rest, relax and rejuvenate.

Private paradise

Considering how busy it is In Fort Lauderdale especially on the beach , this property felt very secluded and had everything you needed For an enjoyable vacation. Property management was outstanding.

Location was wonderful - steps from the beach. Cute backyard and garage. Pool had a shallow area good for toddlers or little kids. Kind hosts (they mailed a forgotten item). Would stay again.

Great get away!

The property management company was great! The appliances were great. The grill was great unlike many we have had in the past at other rentals. Air conditioner worked great. Beach was right around the corner. Area was lovely. Except for the Thinderbird Jets practicing maneuvers it was a nice quiet vacation. We enjoyed our stay.

Evacuation Paradise

Hurricane Ian forced us from our home on Pine Island. This home was clean and comfortable. Emmy the host was very helpful. Would come back for a regular vacation! Love the house, little ectras like coffee, creamer and snacks.

A true gem!

What an AMAZING place! Spacious house, fantastic backyard that offers not only a multi-depth pool, but a garage full of games for every age group. Did I mention that this property is located 1.5 minutes walking distance from the Fort Lauderdale beach? This was a great stay, house full of amenities and a very responsive property manager. We will definitely be keeping this house on our list to return to!

property exactly as seen in photos.. house was spotless and all amenities were provided plus some surprises...souvenir cups, travel bag, hand sanitizer, suntan lotion,,paper and pens..bathrooms had large pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner body wash and lotion,,pool refreshing and clean..hot tub warm and relaxing , would return in a heart beat

Best location by the beach

The perfect accommodations for our family of four, to include our 6 and 2 year old. The proximity the beach is unmatched! Loved the neighborhood & feeling very private. The pool being heated over 85 degrees was a game winner for us, as our kids always get cold in the pool. We especially loved the swim up bar/table! House was super clean and hosts were always responsive. The only negative I can think of is the street noise/low soundproofing from A1A that is more of a disturbance for sleep in the bedroom closest to the pool. Just a note if traveling with small children.

Location, Location, Location!

This may have been our favorite VRBO week ever. Start with the location of this cottage which really is only about 100 steps to a section of beach which is not crowded -- and the garage has beach chairs and beach carts. Then add the wonderfully private pool and patio in the back yard. Finally, the bedding and supplies are all top-notch. The house is not large but was perfect for us as a couple. Quiet neighborhood is great for walking and its only a short drive to many restaurants north or south. Good communication from property manager.
