    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location. Tiki Bar and how close it is to the beach was great. Overall the facility is in fair condition and having to pay for daily valet parking and to use the facility gym were unwelcome surprises. Overall a great vacation area.

Well, we didn’t have a beach view room, but the view outlook. The intercoastal waterway was nice. We had no water pressure in the shower. That was the only downfall to the stay. I feel like the water was trickling out of a straw.

Galt Mile resort

Excellent location for shopping and dining, easy access to the beach & Tiki bar . The room was great w/ fantastic sunsets and is everything as listed . Definitely recommend this resort for short or long term stays.

Perfect for a Getaway

Everything was perfect - clean and a great location. The property manager was great, small issue locking the door when leavin, got in touch and she came out was resolved in minutes. Furniture and blinds could use some updating but no complaints!

Family vacation

The condo was as advertised. We had stayed here on a previous trip so knew we liked it. The only issue we had as with getting the wrong entry code but they were quick to respond and fix. Also, the elevators were not always properly working and the pool didn’t open until noon one day. Which is no fault of Vacasa. Overall a great trip.

Outdated and tired

Unit is very outdated, mostly clean but dirty around light switches and door handles. Furniture is old, creaky, some broken. Unit is large, spacious bedroom and plenty of seating in dining and living area. Comfortable bed, plenty of shower and beach towels. Could use 2 low beach chairs and an umbrella. (We bought and left one in the unit).

Nice place but LOUD

We enjoyed our stay and the place was nice. The really big downfall was that it was incredibly loud and wild at night with college spring breakers in the elevators and hallways. Tried reaching out to Vacasa and could not get a timely response. I know this was not the owners fault but they were not helpful at all. Barely slept one night because of the noise. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Family vacation

Room was as expected from pictures. A little confusing as to where room 905b is. We were woken up by someone looking for it. Wi-Fi didn’t really work. There weren’t enough towels, but that was taken care of right away. A nice place to stay!

The location was on the beach as indicated. The unit was not set up for multiple guests. One washcloth for a unit of up to four guests. No pillows for the second bed. Directed to the communal laundry to wash the one washcloth so the next guest could use it.

Listing inaccurate and host nonresponsive

The listing indicates that the property includes a hot tub, but there is no hot tub on site. Additionally, when I messaged the host through the VRBO app it took 6 days to receive a response, so needless to say my issues weren't addressed until after my stay was over.

Unfortunately, we would like to speak about the cleaning of the apartment! The cleanliness of the apartment is horrible! when we arrived at the apartment my wife had to clean everything! Peeling plaster, shower had black mold, feces on toilet brush thrown behind toilet, old battered up furniture, urine smelling sofas, strange smelling comforter, octopus of tv wires under both tv’s that only play Spanish shows, octopus of multiple wire hanging from both tvs, dirt and mold on sliding glass panels, cracks in ceiling, rust on vents and floors, light fixture broken, 3/6 light bulbs on vanity broken, holes in shades, mold on window corners, cracks in ceiling and corner molding, bitten up ankles, inaccurate photos on ad, inaccurate parking rate listed, smoked filled restaurant, and tops of feet, terrible lengthy response to inability of obtaining the correct entrance code

Basic and outdated

1 king size bed, 1 full size murphy bed, 1 shower. Decent size 1 bedroom condo. Beds were not comfortable. Paper thin walls could hear whole entire conversation from the neighbors at 12AM. The murphy bed backs up to an old glass door thst connected the units at one time so my childeren couldn't sleep .Only 2 rolls of toliet paper for a week so had to get some from the store. Kitchen drawers get stuck. Pots and pans look like they are 20 yrs old. Resort is valet only was an extra 100 to park for the week. Pool is basic definitely not "resort" material as the name suggests; we kept getting hair on us in the pool. Tiki bar food was over priced and no flavor. This is a get what you pay for property.

Nice weekend getaway!

This resort is the top of the line. There is 2 resturants on the resort with amazing food. The staff were the most polite people. Especially the valet guys. The listing says its 15 dollars a day for parking but that needs updated because its 18 a day. The only complaint i have with our condo itself, it didnt smell very good when we entered. The first love seat smelled as if someone peed on it and then it didnt get cleaned properly. We just didnt use the love seat & bought febreeze to help w the smell of mildew. This is in a great location. It was cold while we was there and we were told there was no heating system. Not a huge issue considering florida weather is normally nice and no heat is needed but this weeknd it was and we about froze.

Lock didn’t work and you pay for laundry

We came to the location and the lock didn’t work for the room. The door wouldn’t lock from the outside so we called and they finally sent someone over 3 hours later to fix it, so we were stuck in the room for our first night. To do laundry you need a laundry card that costs $5 and then you need to load it for a minimum of $10 and from the way the property was listed I thought the laundry was in the unit. The least they could have done is leave a laundry card in the room, we left our laundry card in the room for the next guests with $6 still loaded on it. Other than that it was a great location and had everything we needed in it.

Do not stay here!!!!

We have already made our experience known to Vacasa and to VRBO. We literally got nowhere. I will just say this property did not have all the things that were advertised. And it took us 3 hours to get into unit as codes did not work and there was no lock box with a key. We called Vacasa 3 times to receive new codes and all in all they gave us 9 different numbers. None of them worked. You really should drop this property.

Disappointed with our stay - do not recommend this condo.

Marijuana smell was strong throughout the "resort" hallways, elevators and in our room. After checking in, I couldn't even take a nap in our bedroom because the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong it gave me a head ache. We could smell that and marijuana in our room at the same time, we had to leave after 30 minutes of just getting into our room on day 1. I was able to get a delayed response from the owner on the issue and called the customer service line twice. I was told I would receive a callback on what they were going to do for us and never did get that back. They did send someone to clean our room at 8:30PM or so at night - they did steam clean the master bedroom, but the whole process on our first day was a hassle. After that first day, we did not smell cigarette smoke in our room, but did occasionally smell burning / marijuana throughout the day. Positives: beach access, outdoor bathrooms near beach, shops in the resort, tiki bar restaurant and a pool. Negatives: this rooms windows were locked, no patio/beach view (as advertised), Wifi is weak at best and very unreliable, kitchen drawer wood was missing with exposed nails sticking through, several light fixtures didn't work, service elevator is needed for bringing luggage carts up and it's constantly used, no baking sheets for cooking, valet parking (you have to pay for it too), tiki bar does not list drink prices. Overall, we were unhappy with our stay and it was not worth the money spent.
