A large, studio unit with ocean views! The Atlantic Hotel is Fort Lauderdale’s finest boutique condo-hotel overlooking the ocean.
With the beaches of Fort Lauderdale right in front of you, wake up to the best views ever! Then have your morning coffee from your Lavazza coffee/espresso maker & sit outside on the balcony complete with table and 2 chairs. You can choose to go laze at the beach, or go to our world class spa to get pampered. Or maybe go for a swim and a jacuzzi on the rooftop pool deck. Indulge yourself with a drink or lunch from the poolside bar. Walk less than a mile and you're at Las Olas Blvd. Have a drink or meal at the famous Elbo Room, or maybe at Senor Frogg's. So many things to choose from at The Atlantic! Beautiful Stay

My travel buddy and I got away from the winter in PA to this beautiful getaway. Hotel was great. Pool and pool bar were perfect. Also loved the balcony facing the ocean. Location wonderful. We hope to do it again later this year or next winter.

Glorious Paradise Setting

This location boosts a magnificent ocean scenery, privacy, and a very well-maintained property. Additionally, communication with Larry the property owner was efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Larry was great to work with and always prompt to respond. All the employees at The Atlantic go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The bartenders and waitresses were top notch. Kevin at the beach made sure everyone was enjoying their stay. Highly recommend this place!

Short trip was great!

We had a great quick trip to Fort Lauderdale in this condo. Great room, great location and great access to the beach, a beautiful pool and a ton of great restaurants a walk or short taxi ride away from. Would love to go back soon!

Great stay

Overall a great spot! Took off one star for cleanliness (but we understand not the owners fault) and the unit is a little dated. It is definitely a family-friendly hotel. It was quiet every night, we did not hear any partying. We enjoyed the pool, it was perfect for our kiddo who spent hours every day in it. It was a bonus having the bar right at the pool for food and drinks. The beach and pool views from the room are amazing. The unit is a short walk to many restaurants and the Hugh Taylor Birch Park. The owner was great and he answered questions promptly. We would definitely return!

Fun in Fort Lauderdale

Our room was spotless and I loved the porcelain tile throughout the bathroom was Gorgeous. The view from our bedroom was breath taking each morning.

Small girls trip

We had a great time. Description was on point. We had excellent service from all staff. Bartender Chris at the pool bar was great. Within walking distance to food,drinks & Beach Will go back!!

Beautiful property for a relaxing week on the beach. Staff (check-in, restaurant and cleaning) we all so nice. The property is well maintained. 2 beach chairs and towels included. No car required for the week. We walked everywhere. Lots of places to eat and shop. The small kitchen area was nice for coffee & snacks. My daughter and I can't wait to come back next year.

MOLD

The room had mold all over it, on pictures, walls, carpet. I got extremely sick from the mold exposure and it took far too long for anything to be done about this. My room was finally changed after I already got very sick and ruined my entire vacation. The host could care less about what his neglect has caused

Great vacation getaway

The resort staff were attentive and friendly. Location was great with beach access including lounge chairs, towels, and a water bottle each day. The balcony overlooks the 5th floor pool deck and beach beyond offering beautiful sunrise views. Lots of great walkable restaurants in the area, and we really enjoyed the bikes available onsite for exploring further out areas. While the resort overall was very well kept, the cleaning of our room before arrival wasn't the best. I found garbage and other guest's items left under the bed and someone's contact lense on the bathroom floor. But overall, it was a great vacation getaway..

Spring break

We stayed at this property for four nights in April 2025. We did not rent a car and I'm glad we didn't because the parking is tough and expensive at the hotel. Pros: The room was clean and we thought the Nespresso machine was a nice touch in the room, the shower pressure was awesome, the pool overlooked the ocean and was clean. The cons would be: our room needed new mattresses as they were pretty uncomfortable, I wish the lobby bar had an espresso machine for an afternoon cup of coffee ( not a big deal, just a suggestion), there's a small shop in the lobby but the prices are outrageous. 10 for Pringles! Overall place was nice and we enjoyed our time. Also, if you decide not to rent a car, there is a free service that will pick you up around the hotel area and take you in around fort Lauderdale within a certain area. There is an app you can put on your phone and request pickup at a specific location and drop off. It was a really nice thing to learn about.

Beautiful view

We had a blast on our sister in law trip. Just us , no kids, no husbands. The property was absolutely beautiful and had much more character and charm than surrounding high rises. The bathroom is huge and so inviting. The kitchen was great to have and the view from the balconey was amazing. So nice to sit and talk and have coffee or a cocktail. The staff of the hotel treated us like royalty but also down to earth and so helpful. Communication with the owner of the property was fast and great! There is a mandatory valet at 45.00 a day/ night but you can get your car as many times a day as you want or even ask them to retrieve something from your vehicle you may have forgotten. Super fast and really great valet staff. If you are looking for a beach besides the one in front of hotel, I recommend Lauderdale by the Sea, close by and there is a coral reef you can snorkel at. So bring snorkels or there is a place that rents the gear we found on Groupon. Enjoy your time in this lovely property as it went by too fast. A+++

Great location friendly service

Building and property are beautiful and well maintained. Our room was a little dirty upon arrival, I'm sure not the owner fault and tile shower needs to be regrouted/ heavy mold.
