"The floor was cleaner than any rental we’ve stayed in. Rooms were comfy. Loved the pool access and it was very clean. Neighborhood was very quiet. I didn’t realize it was a duplex however you could not hear noise. Convenient short drive to the beach. Dollar General within a few miles but no fast food. We loved the seclusion. Felt safe and the neighbors were very friendly."

"Our stay at the Salty Pelican was fabulous! This home is beautiful and very spacious. It held our whole family of 10 perfectly. Comfy beds, large showers and beautiful open kitchen and living room space. The owner/host Michelle exceeded any expectations I could have had. She was very responsive, informative and went out of her way to be helpful. We loved the pool on the deck and the pool walkout beach access. They also supplied many beach toys and accessories along with beach towels that were very helpful! Thank you everything! We will be back! "

"This condo was PERFECT! It was immaculate when we arrived. The property was clean and well kept. The condo is steps away from both the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the beach! The beach was immaculate as well, and very pristine. We had several questions during our stay and Phil answered within minutes. This vacation could not have been anymore perfect, and we will certainly stay there again (and again)!!"

"House was spacious and we had plenty of room for everyone ages 18 months to 90, beautiful view of the gulf, step out and you’re on the beach.I gave it a 4 because it really could use some TLC, banister when you first enter was sticky and dirty, not a good first impression, all of the doors were filthy with dirt around and on the handles, screen on porch door was half ripped away and there were ants in the kitchen, the blinds in the kitchen are torn up and need to be replaced. King mattress upstairs was terribly uncomfortable. This is a good house and a great location with some attention to detail it could easily be a 5."
