"We made a point of staying here again on our return travels, so that says a lot. Aside from the cleanliness, I love all the little details, text that offer assistance with your needs, folded towels, kleenex, in the room, pool area. Breakfast area clean with plenty of options. You can tell the people who work here care about the impression they make."

"I booked a suite on Expedia for 2 adults and 3 children. When I arrived after a 13-hour drive, we had a regular room with two queen beds — no pull-out couch, no space for a rollaway, only sleeps 4 people. After some discussion, the front desk staff finally gave us a new room and offered each of my kids a treat from the onsite market. I appreciated her difficult situation, but the room was not comfortable for our family, and I had specifically reserved a suite. I recognize this could be an Expedia issue (and Expedia gave me a $25 rebate). However, if Fairfield wants to use Expedia, then Fairfield needs to align its inventory and not over- or double-book. Otherwise, the property seemed fine — though the pool was out-of-order, and they were offering swimming at another hotel. If I travel through again, I would probably stay at another hotel."
