不滿:整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
As I was attempting to pay for the room, I had already been staying in for a week The staff Reverse my payment for some reason and it was the only money I had in my Per diem account. So because it Takes three To seven business days for the money to be reversed back into my bank account I had to sleep in my car. I would’ve been fine with all of this, but it was the fact that they were extremely rude to me even though it’s one of their staff members that made the mistake, not me. They treated me like I was trying to get something for free when I wasn’t. I just didn’t want to sleep in my car. I gave them a proper method of payment. I should’ve been handed my receipt and had my room keys redone, and that should’ve been it. She refunded my money and then attempted to charge it again causing me to get an Overdraft fee of $35 and then reverse the payment again. That was over a week ago and I still have not received my money total of $700
