Nasty place, no drinking water. The taps all had warm water coming out of them. Smells like rotten animals. No staff, was all virtual codes. The housekeepers were in the car park smoking and gossiping. It was around 10am. heard them moaning that they wanted people to leave. Air con was broke, fridge was filthy. Homeless people live here too. No cold water at all. the taps all have warm water coming out of them. No drinking water here. Lots of homeless here, must be a scam. they all has brand new trucks, so maybe a Minnesota situation here. Did see ads for long stays, gruesome place, must buy the positive reviews

There is new carpet, the sheets were white a& clean, the big fridge and microwave were very handy & pretty red! You can tell this was an old motel, but they have put a lot of hard work and care into updating it and have given it a fresh coat of paint inside and outside. Also, new easy to use locks on the doors and a/c fan units. The room is very basic without a coffee pot (there is a drive-through coffee shop about one block away!) but it does have shampoo and soap. And the towels were very white and fluffy and numerous! Around the toilet, there were a few of the linoleum tiles that the corners were popping up. It was quiet and I felt safe as a solo woman traveler. It was easy to find and the contact person was very helpful (although through the booking app that I used our messages were delayed to each other, so just be aware that it might not seem to be an instant answer!)

NO Kitchen, no breakfast, no coffee, or vending machines. Only a virtual front desk, which Expedia did not mention. The email from the property, explaining how to access the room did not arrive so the Owner/operator gave me the door code in the parking lot. Not the experience I was expecting.
