Fort Myers Beach

This is definitely the quieter end of the island but a very nice property. Road construction outside the facility was annoying, but I can't fault the property for that.

Amazing View!!!

We rented the condo for my sister's surprise 50th birthday weekend. It met all expectations and exceeded. Loved the free bike rental and the beach being so beautiful and less busy than nearby Ft. Meyers Beach.. The location and view were the top 2 best perks!!!

Fantastic Views

We just returned from our stay at Fort Myers Beach. We had a great trip. The views form the condo were fabulous! There are even views from the second bedroom.! All of my "complaints" about the unit, are minor, but just wanted to share for future travelers booking this unit. The morning after check-in, I received a notification from my credit card for a large purchase. I had paid in full through VRBO 2 months prior to the trip. I guess at check-in. the resort billed my credit card for the unit again! After a few days, it was removed from my credit card, but be sure to check that you don't get charged twice! The listing states that there is a DVD player in the unit. There is not. The front desk told me they would have maintenance bring one. That never happened - at checkout, I was told that only owners have DVD players. There is Netflix and Hulu on the TV, but the internet is so slow that these would not work in our unit. We were unable to use our Amazon Firestick either. The Dish Network box did not work well either. Now, we aren't on vacation to watch TV, but there were some football games we wanted to watch and we were unable to. My niece also likes to watch a movie before bed while on vacation. There were only 5 dinner forks in our unit, which was kind of annoying. Also, the mattress pad on one of the twin beds is plastic and is VERY loud when that person moves at night. Made it hard to get a good nights sleep. After all this, I would still stay in this unit again, I would just be prepared for these things. It was a large unit, plenty of room. It was clean and the kitchen had all of the utensils I needed (besides enough forks). The pool area was nice and the water was as warm as a bath! It is a very nice beach that you can walk or bike on. The water was a little cold this time of year, but the sun was nice and warm! Traffic was horrendous and there were long waits at restaurants, but that goes with the time of year. Overall, it was a great vacation!

Great location

The location is excellent, toward the south end of the island and a quieter, gorgeous beachfront. The unit was clean and comfortable. It would be nice to specifically choose your unit (would have chosen higher up for an even better view) but we did have a nice view of the beach even on the second floor. We had everything we needed and the in unit washer/dryer was helpful in allowing us not to overpack.

Great Quiet Beach

This is a great location on the quiet south side of Ft. Myers. The only issue is that the condo does smell a little weird. It's most likely due to it being closed up by the water. Good amenities and a big common area. Nice balconies overlooking the gulf.

The unit was beautiful, but there was a terrible moldy smell and it gave me an awful headache and I had trouble sleeping the first night. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they would have it looked at the next day. We were out most of the next day, so not sure if they came or not, but I did leave the door cracked to get fresh air in and it was much better the second night. Also, the cleaners were not thorough, but not bad enough to complain. . . but thought as the owner, you should be aware. Other than that, it was wonderful, the views were amazing!!!

FANTASTIC--better than the pictures!

We had a great time! The condo was everything showed online & more! They were updating the furnishings just before we arrived, so it's even better than shown. The beach view was AMAZING, both from the living room & bedrooms. The lanais were screened it! The staff was exceptional from the front desk to the maids/maintenance service! The pool & hottub area was beautiful! We highly recommend this property!
