Great location and view!

Stayed here for the holiday weekend. Location was just far enough from town to be quiet but easy walk (<20 mins) to dining and shops. The condo views were amazing and had everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend.

We have visited FMB several times, this is our first stay at the north end of the beach. The condo had amazing views and was within walking distance to restaurants. Overall, we loved the condo and would return for a visit.

This condo is in a great location! Literally steps from the beach and close to Times Square. There were a few minor things like the toaster was broken and we had to buy basics like hand soap. Thanks for having us!

Great little getaway

Wonderful little condo for the five days we had it! Very clean, timely responses from the host was a plus. Pool was like bath water and we essentially had it to ourselves the whole time. Very quiet portion of Ft Myers Beach. Would stay again!

We loved the property. The location was amazing. Would have loved better beach chairs but the pool and balcony were good subscriptions. It was very clean with all we needed. Would definitely go back but might rent beach chairs next time.

I Loves this property!!! Nice Location, Nice Room. Only thing I did not like is the screened in porch… it probably saved me from being eaten by bugs but was at times hard to look through.

The location was wonderful and the view was spectacular. It was quiet at our end of the beach, so it was pretty peaceful. The kitchen had everything that you needed as well. Only two main downsides: only one of the two elevators was working in the building while we stayed there and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Overall, this was a nice property. The location and view is exceptional. Some silverware and other kitchen items were missing or may need to be replaced. Beds were comfortable as was the sitting area. Have stayed in other condos on beach and also in this building that have been updated. In comparison, this unit was a little higher priced and could benefit from a thorough cleaning as well as some minor updates.

Spectacular view but . . .

Three nights for 2600.00 — I didn’t expect brown stains on the sheets, Advil PM strewn throughout the master bedroom, drywall in the master bathroom rotten as well the flooring “squishy”, an employee letting themselves in after check in and master bedroom sliding doors and windows stuck shut . . . But the view — was amazing.

Great location and ocean views!

We had a great stay and especially loved the ocean views and access to the beach. The Condo is steps to the beach so very convenient for carrying your beach gear. The rinse off stations, pool and bathrooms were also very nice! As others have mentioned, appliances are outdated but functional. The washer/dryer vent was broken and took some tinkering. Master Shower knob needs replaced (tricky and loose). Overall, we had a great stay and there was plenty of room for 4.

You can't beat the view and proximity to the beach

We had an excellent time during our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. While a bit dated, the condo was exactly as pictured online so we knew what to expect. One thing worth noting: the washer/dryer unit can only wash or dry at one time not be doing 2 loads simultaneously! The beach was beautiful and very easy to walk to and you can't beat the balcony view. The pool was nicely heated with bathrooms available but be aware it has a 10 person bathing maximum! It is very small. Overall, we loved our stay and would visit again.

Short Getaway

I was somewhat disappointed with the outdated/dirty furniture. Seems when its cleaned its just the basics. We ended up having to wipe off the coffee table and dining table. Nice condo but very outdated. If you updated it it would be excellent. Very easy to check-in. Great beach and very easy to access it.

Better than expected

After reading a few negative reviews and knowing that Ft Myers had been damaged by hurricanes of late, I was concerned about staying there. And, although there were damaged places up and down the beach, this condo building was fine! And, our condo was absolutely fine. It was clean and the space and furnishings were nice! And, the view of the ocean was very beautiful from the screened in porch!! And, the Master bedroom had a wonderful walkout to the porch where where I could sit and drink my coffee and watch the beach atmosphere wake up each morning and quiet down each night. I would definitely stay there again!

its all about supply and demand

This is a nice property in an excellent location. The condo was sufficient, but not outstanding. We had to purchase a few kitchen items, it lacked many. The bedrooms and baths were ok, but everything needed updating. The family room sitting for 4 adults was tight, but adequate. The tv/cable was a mess to figure out. The exterior of the building was beautiful, clean and tidy. The pool lovely. The beach is right there and very nice. So much of the island is not recovered yet, so we were fortunate to get the condo at all.

Hurricane Milton Evacuation

The property is beautiful and exactly as presented. We loved everything, especially the close proximity to white sandy beaches. Unfortunately, the surrounding area has been hit hard by previous hurricanes leaving many decimated/empty properties along the shore line. Nevertheless, we enjoyed three delightful days/nights - then Hurricane Milton came barreling our way. The iTrip staff were simply outstanding, keeping us apprised of the storm's trajectory and communicating timely evacuation notices. Would most assuredly come back....but definitely not during hurricane season.

Cozy and Peaceful

The property manager was so nice and easy to get in touch with. The condo itself was clean and is much bigger in person then what the pictures do it justice. We had no issues during our stay. Our only wish was that there were more containers to store leftovers in because we cooked a lot of meals at the condo. There was also no condiments or seasonings so we had to buy all of that. But overall, we had no complaints and it was a beautiful stay. For people traveling to Fort Myers Beach right now, the construction is kind of hectic and it's hard to get around the island. If you take a wrong turn you end up having to get on the bridge to leave the island and then wait in a long line to get back onto the island.

Very outdated except for the flooring. The Roku TV streaming was the pits. There were no up to date channels. All was very old. We ended up watching Alfred Hitchcock the final 3 days of our stay all day and night. There was no access to any live sports/games. The view from the balcony was the nicest thing.

Wonderful

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space. The master bed was so comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. The kitchen had everything that you needed to make a meal. The location was great. The views from the balcony were beautiful The balcony was nice and big and had plenty of sitting. Beach was never crowded, which is always great. The pool had toys for the kids. One smoke detecter was missing and the other was hanging off the wall. The elevator didnt work the whole time, which was a pain carrying everything up and down the stairs. But other than that it was a wonderful stay. Would definitely book this condo again! 5/5
