It is definitely an older property, it was clean. We liked that it was close to the beach, but this was our first time visiting here & would book a place closer to Times Square next time. The staff was helpful, but not overly friendly.

my stay
property was clean, and because we were there early enough, the check in went very well. We were in a room on the 1st floor, street side. very busy street, but not too noisy, and we were not in room very much. beach was a decent walk, but not too bad. once on the beach, it was very nice. A very short walk down the road is a tikki bar/restaurant that was fun. convenience store right there also (7 eleven). small rooms, but everything you need is there and clean. beach towels available upon request. would stay here again.

Location To Beach
Location to beach was great, a short walk and you are on the sand. Also being on mid beach helped a little bit to avoid the horrendous traffic. Downside is the room is SUPER small. It could use some added furnishings as in something to put any groceries on and a small dresser for clothing would have been great. An icemaker on the property is much needed. A mini fridge with not even an ice tray is ridiculous ! The shower is small and not easy to maneuver in. The people working there were very , very nice. If it wasn't for the ease of getting onto the beach we would have been very unhappy.

I gave this a 4 because there was a strong smoking smell at the outdoor seating and from the balconies. I had to walk past several tables with ashtrays to get to my room. I couldn’t sit outside on the property. The beach access was wonderful!!!
