With 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, guests can enjoy a lovely stay in this relaxing property. The condo features 2 bathrooms with a shower and hair dryer for added convenience. Totally remodeled. Working elevators! Washer and dryer in unit. Onsite heated Pool with Clubhouse. Wifi, 2 smart TVs. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker. Nearby restaurants and Marina. Covered parking spot included, close to the elevator. Fishing equipment stocked for your use. Bayside deck with chairs and grills for your convenience. Private Beach Access on Estero Blvd. Short walk to the beach via sidewalks. There may be yoga and card games offered at the clubhouse during your stay. Recently added luggage carts for your convenience. Trash drop off is conveniently located next to the elevator. Walk to Pickleball and Tennis courts in the community park. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place! A background check is required by the Condo HOA.

Great property,all amenities,very clean. Beautiful views. Nice swimming poolWe experienced stressful time the second day of our stay not being able to get into the building or open the door to our condo due to problems with the electronic locks. The owners responded to our messages and fixed the problem. They were polite and respectful.A long walking distance to the closest public beach. It is difficult to walk there in the sun carrying the beach gear (no rental service on the beach) and safelycross the boulevard. Difficult situation with beach parking. Expensive.
