Bathtub fixtures, and shower curtain need to be replaced. Ice maker on fridge did not work. Smell from the bathroom that came and went; we noticed it in the hallway and lobby as well so maybe damage from Hurricane Ian four years ago? Hot tub was listed as an amenity but was damaged from Ian and still not operating.
