Amazing views

Found this condo and loved the gorgeous views instantly. Located on 9th floor with panaromic views of the gulf shore with breath taking sunset views. Enjoyed my stay with family and created fun memories. It was an easy process from beginning to end. Absolutely loved it! Will visit again soon.

Can’t beat the view from this room. Sunsets from the balcony…majestic. Watched the dolphins from the full view windows as well. Bed was comfortable. Close to Lovers Key Beach, only a short walk from the resort. ITrip was easy to deal with.

We loved the property and our stay! The only recommendation I would have is both the bedroom mattress and the sofa bed mattress need to be replaced!!! Otherwise, everything else was great!

Great condo

loved the condo... but it was undergoing repairs post-hurricane. Hot tub was closed and there was frequent noise from repair workers on scaffolding outside the unit.

We enjoyed the location immensely - the view all around was fantastic. They were doing construction in the area, but it had to be done, because I know it was hit hard in that area by "Ian". The only thing I disliked was the fact that the beautiful pool was closed most of the time we were there. The sign said it was closed by the Health Department. We never got to use it. It was a very clean and beautiful condo!

Unfortunately there was an ongoing construction project taking place at the building that resulted in a bit of noise, dust, etc. We were informed about it at booking so it was not a surprise. Some residents are friendlier than others. We'd definitely return.

Noisy vacation

The only problem with the condo was the constant noise from construction during the week that my husband and I were there. There should have been full disclosure on that issue which there wasn’t or we would have chosen a different place. We talked to a few couples who were staying there and they had been told that the construction would be complete by last December so they were equally upset over this disturbance.

Clean and quiet

This unit was very clean and quiet with amazing views of the waterways. I was always delighted every morning to watch the dolphins jump while drinking my coffee. The grounds were clean and not crowded in the common areas. The down side to this unit is the construction currently going on, as the balcony was taped off and unusable, and the workers camped out on the balcony one afternoon aside from the noise during the day. The price we paid reflected this, it just would have been nice to know. Secondly, the location is traffic unfriendly if heading either to Bonita Springs or Fort Myers Beach. We had to cancel plans due to a 2 hour drive for 15 miles to the south and over an hour drive for a 7.5 mile drive to the north. Flippers restaurant onsite was available then for dinner take out and was delicious.

Unit is beautiful, but in need of maintenance!

Vertical blinds are broken, blocking the “beautiful view”. Shower stall was off the track, making for a dangerous grab bar. Heating/cooling unit is frustrating. Even while following directions carefully, the temperature dropped to 64 degrees at night, twice. Insufficient silverware, toilet paper, dishwasher pods. No deck furniture. We stayed in one full day waiting for the maintenance service, which never showed up. Whose at fault VRBO, itrip, or HomeAway.com? I challenge you to post this review.
