GOOD LOCATION, NICE PROPERTY , LACK OF MAINTENANCE

The property is nice and the location next to the beach is perfect but there was a construction attach the property then it was noisy . The house lacks maintenance, some cut light cords (dangerous) and other details of lack of cleaning that we communicated to the administrator but had nos response

Beautiful Vacation Home

My friends and I just returned from a week at Fort Myers Beach. Coastal Captivation is exactly as depicted in the pictures. The house is beautiful, very spacious, and in a good location. The furnishings are comfortable and we found everything to be extremely clean. There are views of the beach from both balconies because of a vacant lot across the street. Staff responded immediately to our call about a fan that wasn’t working properly and it was repaired in a timely manner.. Be aware that there is constant traffic on Estero Boulevard, day and night. This traffic noise is probably the only negative thing about the house.
