4th of july weekend beach trip

Great Getaway

My husband and I recently stayed at Darlene’s condo and we had an amazing time. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed (including beach items). The beach is a 3 minute walk across the street and the pool is large and private! We will definitely be back! PS. Darlene is a great host and was very easy to get ahold of with any inquiries!

Simply Amazing!

Everything was great for a short anniversary trip. Pool was truly best on the island! Short walk to the beach and it was beautiful. Trolley system a bonus, very convenient. No car needed. Darlene was a great host, responsive and extremely flexible. Highly recommend this rental!

Great Place to Stay

The condo was just as described. Everyone there was very friendly. Beach was just across the street and was beautiful ! The only thing we were disappointed in was the devastation still there from hurricane Ian. We will be back!

Our stay at Santa Maria 310 was wonderful! The condo was immaculate! It was a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. There is a lovely pool located near the marina. The beach and shopping are just a short distance away. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful vacation!

A little piece of paradise 🌴

Darlene and her property are perfect! The one bedroom is exactly what my husband and I need for our FMB vacay! The condo is clean and well maintained with nice updates! Has everything you could possibly need for your beach stay! Darlene is quick to respond to questions and very kind! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your little piece of paradise!!

Nice long weekend stay

Although Fort Myers is still pretty beat up, the Santa Maria was fine. We had no issues or problems during our stay. Had a great long weekend and would stay again. Everything was as advertised. Nice pool (although we didn't use it), walk to the beach, screened balcony - important things in FL. Just make sure you get the info for the lobby code, as we didn't have it - luckily, a resident was coming in as we arrived and gave it to us. People we met were friendly.

TV trouble

The property was actually very nice. Easy access to the beach. Nice well maintained pool area. Condo was very clean. Problem was that the TV in living room did not work, which was very disappointing. Had to watch Tv in bedroom. Not as comfortable. Property manager was very helpful however.

We were eight minutes from there and we received a message saying that our hotel was canceled. Flew from Houston to get over there and not have a place to stay. That isn’t professional at all. If they weren’t going to allow us to stay there then they should not have allowed us to book it. No notice. If we would have canceled eight minutes before then we would have been charged. We couldn’t find anything close or at the same price. We ended up paying more then twice as much for a room in Naples. We never thought that a company that prides its self of customer service would have done this.

Clean and cozy

We had a lovely vacation in this condo. It was immaculately clean! The extra half bath made everything so convenient and the view from the patio was lovely. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and nice quality items. If you’re looking for a quiet, convenient place to enjoy the fort meyers beach and area, this is it!

Good unit, needs some decorative updates & a better mattress but overall place is good. Loved having the extra bathroom! Need to add a resource binder that has updated trolley schedule, area restaurants, golf cart ride contacts, etc since this property is so far from the main area of town. Access to beach was great & since we were there in the off season not crowded at all so that was awesome!

Great location!

This was a nice condo and property. The beach access was easy to find and the bus was easy to take into time square. Currently there is beach restoration happening at the beach access and the docks are being rebuilt in the water right outside the room. It will all look nice when complete. We very much appreciated the use of beach towels and chairs. Thank you!
