Regarding lighting throughout the home, there is ample lighting between ceiling lighting and lamps; we're sorry if your preference is for something at a different level. Unfortunately, we have no control over when bulbs burn out, but contact information is provided so that maintenance can assist with things like this, if needed. The listing does specify that one parking space is available in the garage for guests with two additional spaces available in the driveway, if needed.
