- Located in the gated, prestigious Heritage Palms Country Club, this beautiful smart home, overlooks the 8th hole of the 5 star Royal course. It is equipped with all of the amenities including, smart Tv's in each room, smart locks, Amazon key, Alexa hub, and smart thermostat. The home has Italian quartz tile throughout the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The Den converts into an office or a trundle bed that sleeps two. It easily accommodates six adults.
