The house has recently been updated with new furniture, flooring throughout and complete master bathroom renovation. It is only a short 15 minute car ride to the beach. The property has a golf cart included for getting back and forth to the pool or golfing etc. The master bedroom has a king bed with full bathroom attached. A guest bedroom with queen bed is located adjacent to the second full bathroom. There’s a 1.5 car attached garage with lots of storage. There is a beautiful lanai with A/C if needed. This is great for relaxing with your morning coffee or entertaining friends and family. The house has a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Within a short golf cart ride you will be at the beautiful clubhouse, with large community pool or an 18 hole golf course. Or go a little further and you can also enjoy all the amenities that Lake Fairways has to offer. Another 18 hole golf course, driving range, lighted tennis courts, and lots of activities such as fitness center, library, pool and ping pong room, restaurant where some really fun karaoke is held Friday nights in season. Plus there are many other amenities which can be used by Pine lakes and Lake Fairways renters. Our park offers a large number of classes during peak season you would be welcome to participate in should you choose. For ex. line dancing, zumba, several different types of water aerobics, other types of workouts, Tai Chi, ceramics, to name a few. We are close to shopping, restaurants, Publix groceries and Walgreens. Just bring your clothes, suits, clubs and rackets everything else is furnished. Towels, linens, iron, ironing board, and a well stocked kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Sorry we don’t allow pets. Our home is available for short term rental if dates are available, from 3 to 6 months for $2,200 a month all included. (January, February & March are excluded) We would love to have you stay!
