“The inside of the apartment was clean. The bed was amazing and hot water was adequate. The price I paid was fair for the room. The only issues were that the living room is massive with only 2 uncomfortable manual recliners in the middle of the room for seating. A love seat would be ideal. And on the 2nd or 3rd day the television stopped working out of the blue. I tried to turn it on and the screen just remained black. “The property is off site and you MUST read all information or check in will be very challenging. Staff member I spoke with was great - but this is an off site property and I wasn’t aware (my fault). In a neighborhood that looks a little sketchy…..”

“Very good experience, May be the top 1 hotel in my experience in FL”

“Staff was great. Room was clean and parking was good.”

“The bedside lamp can only be turned on and off while standing up, and the bathroom has no fan.”

“Our group had multiple rooms and they were great. Views are perfect and plenty of room for everyone. The resort was fantastic all around!”

“Nice, small hotel on the water. Easy access to everything in FMB with friendly staff. Only suggestion would be an extension cord for the coffee maker.”

“Beautiful, well maintained, property. Very lively atmosphere with constant music with DJ's and live performances. The hotel is extremely well staffed and maintained. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Espectacular tanto el lugar como el personal del hotel”

“This hotel room is just enough to enjoy a few days in the sun! The room is big enough with extra seating, a micro and fridge as well as a well thought out, NEW bathroom. The grounds are simply beautiful. The palm lined pool with views of the beach are just some of the prettiest views around. We love Sanibel and choose this location when staying for less than a week. It's great to have a restaurant, breakfast place and pool bar on site! We were very happy here.”
