Welcome to your private island escape! This beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for small families, couples, looking to enjoy sun-soaked days by the beach and relaxing nights by the heated pool.

Studio in the rear of the property - the studio is not attached to the home nor do they share the pool - They will only walk along the driveway to access their space.
Parking - driveway, this can accommodate 2 vehicles stacked. Our studio guest parks on the lawn. While parking please leave plenty of room for them to walk past to access their space - its best to not park close to the steps just a bit back allows for clear passage - Thank you!

Pool rules:
No Jumping or diving - VERY SHALLOW
No pets in pool
No GLASS around or in the pool
Pool is serviced weekly - Tuesday am
Do not touch the controls - if something is not working properly please contact us
Parties and large family gatherings are NOT permitted. The house capacity is set for a purpose, we kindly ask you to respect this request. If you have family or friends on the treasure coast and plan to use the house as a meeting place, please let us know ahead of time. We understand the importance of enjoying time with family and friends. Clarifying this ahead of time will ensure you have the best vacation possible.
SMOKING in the home is NOT ALLOWED, if you smoke we ask that you only do this outside away from windows and door and not under covered areas with use of ash tray.
AC will not cool below 70, setting AC's lower than this will cause them to freeze. While you are away, we ask that you set the temperature to 78, it’s nice to give the units a break, thanks!
PETS must be approved prior to your stay. We are very pet friendly but they come with extra cleaning and special instructions. We will charge a fee for each unregistered animal, please be considerate and have your pet approved prior to booking.
PET RULES You MUST be leashed at all times when in the front yard and neighborhood. We ask this because it is the local law and our neighbors appreciate law abiding guests. Please pickup every bathroom break whether on a walk or anywhere on the property. We love clean hygienic properties and this is a simple request to help us make sure each guest after you received the property in the same condition you did.
