    BEGINNING DECEMBER 1, 2026 THE BUILDING IS UNDERGOING PREVENTATIVE CONCRETE MAINTENANCE / REPAIRS. THE PROJECT IS SCHEDULE FOR THREE MONTHS WITH AN ADDITIONAL MONTH IF NEEDED. DURING THIS TIME AS THE CONTRACTORS INSPECTS THE INDIVIDUAL UNIT BALCANIES THEY WILL DETERMINE IF A UNIT BALCANY NEEDS WORK. IF THEY DETERMINE THE UNIT REQUIRES REPAIRS THEN THE BALCANY WILL BE UNAVAILABLE TO USE DURING THAT REPAIR TIME.
    IF OUR UNIT BALCANY BECOMES UNAVAILABLE TO USE, WE ARE WILLING TO PROVIDE A DISCOUNT OFF OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR THE TIME PERIOD OUT OF SERVICE.

The pictures of this nicely-appointed apartment on VRBO were very accurate and we enjoyed the heated pool and being able to walk right out to the beach. We appreciated that the area is not commercialized and is quiet with very little traffic on the road in front of the condo. This condo has very relaxed resort-like atmosphere. However, it is not a resort - it is a condo, and as such it has many, many rules that will make it unsuitable for some. Also, this particular building will be undergoing a state-mandated inspection and repair of the balconies starting in December 2026 and potential renters should be aware that it would mean noise and dust during that time.
