Nice condo unfortunately we wanted to watch football

We didn’t have tv service in the living room for the first 5 days. The office person couldn’t have been more helpful, but she couldn’t fix it. It would work for 2 minutes to an hour. When I called before or after hours - I was threatened with a $150 charge for calling and asking for help with an issue. I guess if you stay in this community- don’t call with emergencies unless you want to pay $150. Makes no sense and a little scary when thinking you might really have an issue and they are going to charge you because something is wrong ? Anyway, we don’t have friends over to watch football in the bedroom - seemed creepy. So we spent a lot of money going out to do that for a few evenings/ afternoons when the weather wasn’t suitable and/or the big games were on and we had no tv in the living room. I think the owner should be aware of the issue. Again the office people that are local are nice, but they can’t fix things. The condo is nice so it was a shame that the first half of our stay had this issue. With no communication at all, suddenly the tv started working. The lack of communication about what was going on was unfortunate, as well.
