"The rental appeared to be brand new, everything was in working order, the location was a few blocks off of the main strip through town (very convenient), very comfortable beds, we loved Fairbanks and got very lucky with the northern lights, they put on a spectacular show for us! Great trip "

"Room was good. Staff was AMAZING. Cass went above and beyond for us. She spent time with us telling us the best place to see the Northern Lights. On our first day there we came out to a very flat tire and Cass came running out to us with a portable tire pump. We are able to make it back to the rental place and get a new vehicle. Loved her. Great employee!!"

"Very nice and comfortable. It was difficult getting thru the keypad door but managed. The shower on the laundry room feels like the bottom is not sealed down & is a bit wobbly could cause a fall. Recommend leaving a hand vacuum for sweeping up crumbs on hardwood. We only used 2 beds and pillows off all 3 beds. Only used shower in laundry room. Overall love the place & location. "
