I didn’t feel like the pictures of this property were accurate. The pictures make the place look much more open than it is. In reality it is very choppy. The neighborhood is very strict - I have stayed in numerous gated communities before but none as strict as this one.

Amazing location. The gated community was very safe and it was great to not worry about our teens exploring on their own. Pool and beach are incredibly close to the house. Everything you could want to eat/do is nearby. The kitchen is well stocked and the house allows for everyone to have their own space but also has common areas to come together.

Family travling together for December Birthdays. The location was beautiful.The home was comfortable and clean.Perfect walking distance from home to beach. Beach was clean with of course the stunning soft sand.We are all from Iowa and we were all very sad and wishing we could stay longer and not go back to the 17 degree temps.

We absolutely love this private beach- so peaceful with beautiful water and soft sand. Great neighborhood in a gated community. House was a short walk to the beach entrance and no busy road to cross!

This property was awesome. Private beach was great for access and low crowd. The house is super close to the beach making it a quick walk. Owners left tons of toys and beach stuff. Great spot!

We had a wonderful stay and loved Destiny by the Sea. We contacted the property owner via email and text about there being only 6 bracelets when we arrived and never received a response.

Jon, property owner was quick to respond with answers, and the location was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was a short walk and was pristine and beautiful, I recommend the umbrella and chair rental if playing there all day. We also enjoyed the pool, an even shorter walk than the beach.

Cleaning crew missed a few things prior to our stay, but i would not fault the owners of the property. Everything described in the property was accurate. Listing indicated there were more wristbands than were actually on-site, but still enough for all guests.

Renting this beautiful home was a simple easy process. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely rent this home again. We have stayed in Destiny by the Sea serval times and the location is perfect to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed most everything about this property, the neighborhood, and easy access to the water. An initial hiccup on the first night was quickly resolved by the property owners and we ended up having a great week. Will look to book again in the future.

We were totally satisfied with the stay at Good Tides! It fit the needs of all the kids and adults. Heated pool was especially great as it was a bit chilly! We appreciated the baby items and pool toys and wagon thst were available. Thanks for the fun place to stay!!!

My friends and I stayed for the weekend here and it was beyond great! The house wasn’t far from the beach and was such an easy walk. We ended up flying to Destin early and I had messaged Jon about an early check in time and he allowed us to check in a few hours early with no problem! Everything was clean and we had an super simple check out process. I would definitely stay at Good Tides again!
