Amazing Overall

Great location, great scenery, great food, great living conditions, and most importantly, great hosts. Couldn’t recommend it more as it’s a great place at only a 5 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the Seaside Square.

This place was absolutely wonderful! Location is just a short walk from the beach. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable! The hosts were so helpful and nice! Would definitely plan on staying here again on our next trip to Seagrove!

Great Stay!

This place was perfect for my spouse and I. It was extremely nice and clean, just a short walk to the beach, and we really enjoyed riding the provided bikes to local spots to eat. Jim was a great host: super friendly and made us feel at home. We loved our stay here!

Amazing paradise

My guest and I enjoyed our stay, we had a one minor mishap and Jim was very prompt to answer and fix the issue. The place had everything we needed and was clean and beautifully decorated! Highly recommend this place.

Perfect get away location

We have been to 30A many times as a family. This time it was just the two of us. Jim and Debbie are gracious hosts and the carriage house was perfect. Tastefully decorated, very clean and a great location. We like to visit the beach and Seaside but love to retreat to a quiet place for the evening. This fit our needs perfectly.

This place is very nice and we had a great time. It is located within walking distance of the beach and lots of great places to eat. The hosts are great people. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect Getaway

Jim and Debbie’s carriage house was the perfect place to stay in Seagrove! My wife and I loved the newly renovated property, and proximity to all of the areas we wanted to visit.

Great stay and great location

This is our second time visiting the property. The rental was very clean and organized. The bed was really comfortable. We love staying here. It is within walking or biking distance from great food and beaches.

Honeymoon

This was a perfect place for a honeymoon. Everything was so nice and clean and the owners made sure everything was okay and we didn’t need anything else. It’s in a super nice neighborhood and quiet but only a short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this place to stay!
