Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The ad is not correct, this is not a walk to the beach!I was very excited for my Destin beach getaway. I got this cottage because it mentioned it was 20 minute walk from the beach and I did not get a rental car.Upon my arrival, I noticed the toilet and the shower were dirty. I tried to walk to the beach, but it’s only accessible through the bridge which is not a 20 minute walk. It’s an hour if not an hour and a half walk and the bridge is not accessible to walking.I tried to walk the route that the owner gave, but it was incorrect for walking. The only thing that was great about this stay was the bed was comfortable. Also, if you think you’re gonna get a quiet nights rest you’re wrong. There’s a bar right across the street that plays very loud music.
