It was wonderful. Gulf and bay views, clean and updated. Family oriented. Not so crowded on the beach. Full beach chair service! I will be claiming this condo next time I come down to the island.

Great views & chill beach

We love the Okaloosa Island beach, not crowded at all, and this rental has an excellent chair & umbrella service. 6th floor Beach Views from the living room & master bedroom. Tom Thumb full convenience store only a 5 min walk on the same side of the road. Main road has a bike lane and sidewalk for easy cardio, dog walking, and access to Hwy 98. 50” TCL Roku smart TV in living room has all the apps you need and HDMI/USB inputs for gaming. Plenty of board games, reading material, and DVDs included as well. Basket full of beach towels was a pleasant surprise & the 2 high end beach chairs in the closet would be handy for off-season or moonlight beaching. Kitchen is equipped with everything most people would need including a full size fridge. The decor was better than expected in this price range. The only downsides are the bathrooms are small and underwhelming & Master BR mattress was a little past its prime but still got the job done, both fairly typical for 2BR/2BA rentals in this price range. A/C and WiFi worked well and we never had to wait on the elevator. Back patio with beach views was really nice. Communication with staff was excellent during our stay. Very responsive and pleasant.

Absolutely stunning view of the water and the place was spectacular! The rooms and bathrooms were a great size for the four of us and the beach theme made it feel just like home. We rented the pontoon boat and took it out to crab island and had a blast. Spent time at the beach and in the pool after a hot day in the sun! We will be booking here again!
