One step inside the door of this second floor condo, and you know this is no ordinary Destin area vacation rental. Your eyes are immediately drawn to the incredible views of the emerald waters and crystal-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The glass windows on two sides of this corner unit bring in lots of light and afford spectacular views of both the beach and the Santa Rosa Sound. Step out onto the spacious, 200 square foot balcony-feel the sea breezes. NO Pets Allowed

Very clean, no beachy odors, excellent location, easy in/out process. A couple of skillets need replaced—chipped teflon. One-ply paper products. Hairdryers on site. Parking was fabulous!

Location was quiet. Direct beach access. Two beach chairs and one umbrella come with the property. Kids loved the beach and the easy access to the pool.

Great beach view. Loved the chair and umbrella service! We should have stayed longer than 5 nights!Liked location of unit and covered parking. Not a real crowded part of the beach although chairs went quickly. Would stay again! There are several great restaurants close by.

Great location. Beach not crowded. Pool was on the smaller side which is hard when several kids are in pool at one time. The master bedroom bed is extremely comfortable. Wish seats in living room were more comfortable. Great view of beach and ocean. Plenty of parking avail. Would definitely consider renting again.

The check in and out process was seamless. Parking was easy and the complex is directly on the beach. Such a short walk to the water. Great views. Great condo! Everything was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!!
