Perfect little getaway

Sea Dunes 201 was such a great unit. It was a large condo, had breathtaking views, and a well-stocked kitchen which made it really easy to cook and dine. I highly recommend this property and the Shore Dreams team!

Week get away!

We had a fabulous time at this condo! Everything was as pictured very pretty clean on the inside. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions. They accommodated our early check-in last minute due to my little one have really bad stomach issues. Very friendly didn’t feel like I was a bother at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Quite offseason 10 days on the beach

My spouse and I spent 10 days in early January. The condominium is as advertised. It is clean and neat right on the beach. The management company was easy to work with and responsive to any concerns. This is a perfect place for up to 5 people to stay. There is parking under the building and it is easy to get to. Location was good. About 2 miles from the Gulfarium and 8 miles from Destin. Was a great value for the price. The balcony overlooks the beach and we spent lots of time on it. The only minor complain is that some of the furniture, couch and chairs, were older and somewhat uncomfortable.

Nice visit, but...

Overall, this is a clean, comfortable condo and we would probably stay here again. There are a few suggestions though. The front door gives a very bad first impression, it made me very leery of what the inside was going to look like! A coat of paint would make a huge difference. I dont think anything can be done about the low water pressure in both showers, but the shower heads are old and need replaced. The faucet in the hall bathtub is about to fall out of the wall. Also, there are no shelves, soap dishes or any place to put anything in the showers. A hook or two in the master bathroom would be helpful. Just a few small things, but they would have made the stay a little more enjoyable. The patio furniture was comfortable and the tall table and chairs were appreciated. Also loved the large screen smart tvs. It was a nice place and I would probably stay there again.
