We had a delightful stay at the condo. It was a nice view to the ocean. The beach chairs are complimentary and a nice touch.Easy parking available. We had takeout from Stewby's steamer and Market most nights. Fresh fish was very good.

Perfect wi ter getaway..

Although we arrived during he "blizzard of the century". It was a great stay. Loved watching it snow while sitting on the balcony over looking the ocean. Next day it was melted and had perfect weather the rest of the visot.

Amazing getaway

Beautiful view of crystal clear water. Perfect quite location but only 2 min from pier and 14min from Destin boardwalk. Fishing the surf outside the condo was awesome. I slayed the bull redfish. I caught a 60lb, 30lb, a couple little reds and a bunch of catfish.

Beach getaway

The online listing was very accurate. We enjoyed looking out the balcony to the beach and the water. We did not love being right below the pool as there was a buzzing/hum for the mechanical equipment. The paint was peeling in the balcony floor and the sliding door didn’t lock. Overall, we enjoyed our time and the location. The beach amenities were a definite bonus!

The property was wonderful, the balcony view of the Gulf was spectacular! The condo was decorated very nicely with artwork. FYI, the icemaker did not work & the bdrm tv lost connection a few times.

Just what we needed

Our trip was for our 3rd wedding anniversary. We are both hard-working, busy people. My mother-in-law passed away recently as well, and my husband and I just needed some peaceful time. We enjoyed the quiet location and the beauty of the ocean. We sat on the balcony for the majority of the grip and just watched and listened to the waves. Property was clean and comfortable and close to everything we needed.

Couples get away

This was our first time to Fort Walton Beach, the condo was spotless and well appointed. Though it is a bit older, that was ok! Beach and water was pristine! My only negative is that there is no dining within walking distance. It would have been really nice to have dinner overlooking the ocean at a restaurant. But we definitely would come back

Pictures show property better than it actually is

The unit is old and really needs some updating. Need to brighten up the master shower. Need new lighting fixtures. Even just updating light switches and plugs that are yellowed with age would help. The balcony is great with a beautiful view. Also would be nice to have some spices in the unit.

Great Vacation Spot!

This condo provided everything that we needed for our vacation. We were directly on the beach, where we enjoyed watching the dolphins, sting rays and pelicans. We also got to see some of the helicopters up close as they flew along the shoreline. When we first arrived, I left the code to enter the condo in the condo. The management was contacted and within in minutes they were in contact with us even though it was after hours. I really appreciated the managements quick response! The condo was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the kitchen while I was cooking, was amazing! We brought our 2 Dachshunds, a dog bed was provided. There was an area near the road that our dogs could utilize, which also had a station that provided bags for your dogs waste and a trash can for that as well. The only issue we had was the people in the unit next door slamming the door at all hours, which woke us up almost every night. But this was just the renters next door having no consideration for others around them. Other than that, we found the peace and quiet that we were looking for in our vacation. The pool on the roof is wonderful. We would definitely stay at Gulfside again.

Quick family getaway!

We stayed at Gulfside for a quick weekend getaway and it was perfect! It was a great location, the communication with the rental company was fantastic, and the condo was clean and perfect for two people!
