Excellent property

My husband and I had a fabulous time in this rental. The location is perfect- steps from the beach but in a less crowded area. The rental was clean and comfortable. It was great to have washing machine and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked. We sat out in the balcony most mornings with our coffee and loved having chair service on the beach. Owners were super responsive and accommodating. . We will be back.

Great Stay

This was the first kid free getaway for my husband and I and the condo was great. The beach chairs were amazing and the condo had all amenities we were looking for. It is on the third floor, but the walk up did not bother us one bit, because we had a beautiful view. Already planning our trip back.

We were in town to visit family and were surprised how much nicer it was to stay out on Okaloosa Island versus in Ft. Walton. So beautiful right on the beach. The unit was the perfect size for us, super clean and quiet. Nicely remodeled and everything was in working order, We'll be back to Island Sand's 303 for sure!!
