Just what we wanted!
Amazing townhouse in a low key incredibly quiet neighborhood. Owner is responsive and wonderful to deal with. This is my new Ft Walton favorite plus it includes two spots for parking. Friendly neighbors on both sides and a friendly cat visited us each night after we returned from fishing. House is very well supplied, lots of thought was put into this home! Thank you so much!

Poor location
The inside of the condo was exactly as pictured, nicely remodeled. However the location was a bit sketchy, in a rundown area of town. Had I seen the neighborhood beforehand, I would not have booked. That being said we had no issues during our stay. The condo needs a few tweaks, curtains in the bedrooms, door for the laundry LLP room and some lawn maintenance for the back patio area. The back was completely overgrown and not usable by guests.

Very Clean and Exactly as Listed!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised....very clean and very nice. It had all the things needed to make our stay comfortable. Comfortable beds and great shower. My family was on the go most of the time, so we didn't cook, but everything was there if we wanted to cook. My husband only complained about not having a TV in the bedrooms, but I had prepared him for that, so it was fine. Great distance from the beached and all that we wanted to do in Destin. We were close enough that Destin wasn't too far, plus we didn't have to deal with the traffic and hussle and bussle of actually staying in Destin. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased
For it being our first family vacation every I couldn't have wanted it to go any other way. We were very pleased with the listing & location. Close to everything but yet still a nice quit location. My husband and children enjoyed everything about it. Thanks for a memorable 1st family vacation. Can't wait to return.
